What is New London Light’s shelf life?
See base of bottle (18 months from production date).
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.
Does New London Light contain alcohol?
New London Light contains <0.5% ABV when consumed without a mixer, which is comparable with the level of alcohol found in many fruit juices.
Is New London Light gluten free?
Yes, all three flavours are free from gluten.
Is New London Light safe for vegans?
Yes, all three flavours are vegan friendly.
Is there any added sugar in New London Light?
No, there is no added sugar in any of our New London Light flavours.
Can I drink New London Light if I’m pregnant?
Yes, they are all suitable to consume if you are pregnant.

How do I know if my order has been successful?
You will receive an order confirmation number & email once payment has been received.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, you can add a complimentary gift message to any order. Please find this option at the checkout.
My order is a gift; will anything be sent out with the price on it?
No. Any order that includes a gift message, will not include order details or prices.
Can I amend my order?
If you need to make amendments to the shipping or billing address, email address, gift message or other, please contact us directly on customerservice@salcombedistilling.com with your order number and the details you would like to amend.
Please note, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been dispatched. We are unable to make changes to your personal information for security reasons.
I’ve got a promotional/discount code; where can I apply this?

E-Gift Vouchers
How will I receive my e-gift voucher / can I send it directly to the recipient?
When you’ve chosen your e-gift voucher amount, you will fill in the recipients email address, name and gift message. Once payment is made, the e-gift voucher code & gift message will be sent directly to the recipient.
You (the purchaser), will receive an order confirmation email when your payment has been successful.
How long is an e-gift voucher valid for?
E-gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Can an e-gift voucher be redeemed in-store?
E-gift vouchers can only be redeemed on our online store at this time.
Can I apply a discount code when purchasing an e-gift voucher?
No, you cannot apply a discount or promotional code when purchasing an e-gift voucher.
Can more than one e-gift voucher code be used on an order?
Yes. Multiple e-gift voucher codes can be used to pay for an order.
What can I do if the recipient has lost their e-gift voucher code?
Please contact us directly on customerservice@salcombedistilling.com with the original order number and we will locate your e-gift voucher details.
